The Ice Cream business operates in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the $1 trillion snacks and beverages industry, growing consistently at an accelerated pace. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as an independent entity following our separation from Unilever, which is planned to occur by November 2025. After an initial establishment period of approximately 12 to 15 months, you will have options for career exploration and growth, enabling you to explore roles and opportunities through various avenues. **We hope you want to build the next chapter of our ice cream story with us.** **FUNCTION PURPOSE** Unilever Ice Cream is where you can bring your purpose to life through your work — building a better business and a better world. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** The EHS Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities at the factory, with a focus on continuous improvement projects and implementation of safety systems. This professional must hold a university degree and have proven experience in the EHS field. * Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Establish governance for Construction Safety across factory projects. Coordinate and supervise safety projects, including risk analysis and implementation of preventive measures. Conduct internal and external EHS audits, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to integrate EHS practices across all factory project areas. Maintain detailed records of incidents and accidents, conducting investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders. Actively participate in safety committees and working groups to promote a safety culture across the organization. **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** **Experience & Qualifications** * University degree (Engineering preferred); * Degree in Occupational Safety Engineering (a plus); **Skills** * Proven project management and team leadership skills.
