Organization, responsibility, and commitment **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional with **advanced Excel expertise** to perform administrative and operational tasks, focusing on control, organization, and management of reports and materials. **Main Responsibilities:** Data entry, verification, and organization of reports; Sorting, binding, and archiving of physical and digital reports; Release, control, and digitization of stamps, including verification of information (powder quantity, number of fire extinguishers, and capacities); Printing, sorting, and organizing labels, tags, logos, and stamps by batch; Digitizing and copying reports for delivery to production; Populating, controlling, and closing monthly Excel spreadsheets (Annex O, Specific, Traceability, Hoses, Labels, and Logos); Controlling inventory of administrative, operational, and support materials (labels, ribbons, stamps, tags, logos, signs, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and pantry items). **Requirements:** **Advanced-level Excel proficiency** (mandatory); Proficient typing skills and attention to detail; Organization, responsibility, and commitment; Experience in administrative routines and inventory control is a plus.
