Experience in administrative and operational routines **Job Description:** We seek a professional with **advanced Excel expertise** to perform administrative and operational tasks, focusing on control, organization, and management of reports and materials. **Main Responsibilities:** Data entry, verification, and organization of reports; Sorting, binding, and archiving physical and digital reports; Release, control, and digitization of stamps, including verification of information (powder quantity, number of fire extinguishers, and capacities); Printing, sorting, and organizing labels, tags, logos, and stamps by batch; Digitizing and copying reports for production delivery; Populating, controlling, and performing monthly closing of Excel spreadsheets (Annex O, Specific, Traceability, Hoses, Labels, and Logos); Controlling inventory of administrative, operational, and support materials (labels, ribbons, stamps, tags, logos, signs, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and pantry items). **Requirements:** **Advanced-level** Excel proficiency (mandatory); Good typing speed and attention to detail; Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; Prior experience in administrative routines and inventory control is a plus.
