Job Summary: Commercial support for organizing and updating freight rate tables, interdepartmental integration, and continuous improvement in customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Provide support to the commercial department by ensuring the organization and updating of freight rate tables in the Rodopar system, as well as promoting integration among departments involved in customer service, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all processes. Input, update, and maintain freight rate tables in the Rodopar system; Organize and standardize the commercial server, ensuring easy access and document control; Support the sales team by providing necessary tools and information for commercial performance; Register and analyze customers' AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements; Interact with other departments to ensure smooth and integrated processes; Participate in strategic meetings and engage in continuous improvement projects for customer service. Desirable: 1 year of experience in data analysis, pricing, or rate table management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or international trade.
