We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Providing Field Service support to end users: supporting laptops/desktops, smartphones/tablets, equipment onboarding/offboarding/movement within the asset park, plus printer maintenance and network printer mapping. Software and microcomputing support: performing acceptance testing for new applications, systems, and equipment, as well as providing technical assistance at events and video-conference rooms (with travel arranged and borne by the client). VIP support for directors and regional managers, ensuring priority support and differentiated handling. Telecom activities: coordinating with data and telephony service providers up to the rack, restoring services (data/voice), and performing basic tests prior to concluding technical visits. Executing equipment rollouts, inventories, inventory control, and other operational routines related to field service. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
