After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor obsolete stock (slow-moving items) levels and track and monitor their sales execution together with the commercial team. * Consolidate obsolete stock data from all distribution centers and production units, preparing reports and comparative and trend analyses. * Monitor the implementation of service-level improvement alternatives identified for respective departments. * Periodically report previous day’s sales and revenue performance, as well as month-to-date cumulative results. * Monitor the execution of S\&OE action plans with interfacing departments and prepare and analyze materials for follow-up meetings. * Coordinate with departments on progress of short-term product launch-related actions. * Periodically analyze and propose alternatives to improve service levels (inventory), analyzing 16-week forward-looking inventory projections. * Understand and apply conscious consumption and natural resource conservation practices in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of sales, supply, transportation, and dispatch processes is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
