Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Middle Office Analyst to work in sugar trading, managing global clients, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Middle Office Analyst** to join our **Sugar Trading** team in **São Paulo.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Serve global sugar customers in the domestic market; * Structure and implement processes/operations, propose system and workflow improvements, support ongoing operations, and/or enable new operations; * Build and manage performance tracking, including weekly and monthly quotations and pricing; * Develop internal processes and analytical views of contractual performance in the domestic market; * Execute controls and *compliance*; * Manage contracts; * Maintain active interfaces with customers and internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced/fluent English; * Willingness to work onsite at our São Paulo office on Faria Lima; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced Power BI; **Your energy stands out even more if you have these items:** * Prior experience related to Commercial Support in Trading, Commercial, Planning, or Operations areas. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (there may be additional ones, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
