We achieve this by enhancing the customer experience from the very beginning of the consumer’s journey — from negotiating the product portfolio through to post-sales. We are commercial professionals. We use analytics and intelligence to develop the product portfolio, identify optimal category costs, define portfolio launch strategies together with merchandising, marketing, and store teams. We analyze the logistics chain to drive network optimization and reduce lead times, and collaborate across multiple company departments to improve quality and packaging. Similarly, we manage various input metrics so the company can achieve its goals and make our customers more satisfied. Continuous improvement mechanisms are essential to refine end-to-end process management until we become a benchmark for customers and the market. Your **mission is to build and develop long-term partnerships with our key suppliers**, always aiming to enhance our customers’ experience through the best commercial terms, development and creation of the market’s best product portfolio, and assurance of product quality and operational performance across your supplier portfolio. **Work model:** Hybrid **Location:** Curitiba, PR Responsibilities: **✨Key activities you’ll lead:*** Lead cost negotiations for products, volume forecasting and demand planning, Phase-in and Phase-out with suppliers; * Establish commercial relationships with key Category players, executing the defined strategic plan. * Research and prepare reports on negotiation scenarios, business context, and expectations; * Standardize processes and products jointly with Quality and Operational Excellence teams; * Manage input metrics (KPIs) such as SLA, Customer Lead Time, % Price Adjustment, R$/kg of product, % Support Requests, Average Order Value (AoV), as well as financial metrics comprising the P&L — including Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, and Markup; * Overall category cost management — including fixed costs with potential for reduction, product reengineering, attribute review, and strategic target management to achieve timing and competitiveness objectives; * Collaborate with company leadership to guide strategy implementation with suppliers.
