Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Maintain relationships with card networks. * Manage and ensure compliance with rules, mandates, releases, and regulations. * Monitor projects related to mandates. * Support Commercial, Product, and Regulatory areas. * Centralize incidents and notifications. * Interpret documentation to guide internal teams. * Serve as the liaison with Risk and Compliance teams. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Solid experience in the payment industry (acquiring, issuing, gateway, or sub-acquiring). * Direct experience with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex, regional networks, benefits networks, etc.). * Experience managing relationships and negotiating with external stakeholders (card networks, banks, partners) and internal stakeholders (engineering, product, regulatory). * Proficiency in transactional flows (authorization, settlement, retries). * Understanding of card network rules (mandates, releases, compliance, best practices). * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite—Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. **Additional information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Prior direct experience interacting with card networks. * Knowledge of local regulations (ABECS, BACEN). * English proficiency.
