Your mission will be **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor, analyze, and manage the order portfolio, ensuring timely processing, billing, and customer service aligned with agreed-upon deadlines and customer expectations; * Track the entire order flow—from receipt through final delivery—identifying and resolving potential discrepancies, delays, or operational issues; * Maintain constant interface with Commercial, Logistics, Production, Tax, International Trade (Comex), and other departments to ensure information alignment and adherence to service deadlines; * Prepare, update, and analyze management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for the commercial and customer service areas, supporting results tracking and improvement opportunities; * Ensure preparation, updating, and publication of departmental operational procedures, guaranteeing process standardization and compliance; * Provide customer service and support, delivering information on order status, delivery timelines, documentation, and other matters related to the commercial process; * Record and track customer complaint resolutions; * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing actions that increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience; * Support the commercial team with administrative and operational tasks related to customer service and order management. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields; * Experience in the Agribusiness sector; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge is considered a plus; * Experience with the Datasul system is considered a plus; * Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
