We seek talents who want to make a difference. **Job Purpose:** Support delivery and return processes of machines and accessories to end customers, ensuring logistical efficiency through technical support to the team, freight quotation and negotiation, supplier monitoring, and ERP system operationalization. The professional will be responsible for communication with carriers and internal/external customers, ensuring quality, alignment, and on-time delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and promote 5S practices, ensuring an organized, clean, and safe workplace; * Request necessary resources (including training) to ensure safety and efficiency in task execution; * Achieve departmental goals and objectives per coordination guidelines; * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and addressing issues in a structured manner; * Comply with company-established standards, policies, and procedures; * Understand, comply with, and keep updated the procedures of mapped processes under your responsibility; * Analyze contracts to verify the need and correct specification of accessories; * Request and procure accessories and equipment as required; * Monitor in-transit equipment status, ensuring delivery and return deadlines; * Conduct freight quotations and negotiate with carriers to achieve logistical efficiency and cost optimization; * Manage suppliers, monitoring delivery timelines, service quality, and commercial terms; * Prepare, control, and manage forms and processes on the TOTVS Fluig platform; * Handle communications with internal and external customers, ensuring alignment and excellence in service; * Send instructions for equipment returns; * Validate invoices jointly with the tax team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or International Trade; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Solid experience in logistics-sector companies; * Experience in supplier and internal/external customer relationship management; * Knowledge of product delivery and return routines; * ERP system experience (TOTVS preferred); * Analytical profile with ability to solve complex problems, coupled with behavioral competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, and negotiation skills; * Residency in Jundiaí, Cabreúva, Campinas, Itupeva, Várzea Paulista, or Campo Limpo Paulista regions. **What We Offer:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Transportation: mobility allowance or commuter pass; * Language and education subsidy; * SESC membership partnership; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
