Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining inventory levels in accordance with business strategy, monitoring products, and managing commercial policies and purchase orders. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic inventory management and product monitoring. 2. Negotiation and contract management with manufacturers. 3. Ensuring visibility of product launches and commercial KPIs. * **Professional responsible for maintaining inventory levels in accordance with business strategy.** * Monitor slow-moving products, excess stock days, or critical dates, and propose Sell-Out actions; * Keep manufacturer commercial policies updated (price list, payment terms, lead time, and target stock days); * Ensure visibility of launches/innovations for the Sales department; * Prepare and submit purchase orders, analyzing inventory levels, turnover rates, distributor targets, and manufacturer targets (Excellence Plans and Commercial Campaigns), always obtaining necessary approvals; * Adhere to the Sell-In order schedule with manufacturers and, whenever possible, secure phasing incentives; * Participate in negotiations with manufacturers; * Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with Sell-In and trade fund obligations; * Maintain accurate product master data; * Monitor purchase orders to identify any discrepancies occurring during the process; * Track product deliveries, ensuring proper system order reconciliation and correct analysis of incoming shipments with critical dates; * Ensure construction and timely updating/sending of portfolio KPIs at appropriate frequency; * Flag underperforming items to Sales and Commercial Managers according to distributor and manufacturer guidelines; * Ensure timely information return to manufacturers; * Participate in developing commercial policies to optimize inventory utilization, align with manufacturer strategies, and leverage system capabilities. **Requirements:** Reside in Eunápolis/BA; Completed High School; Intermediate Excel skills; A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable and will be considered.
