Intermediate Excel proficiency Knowledge of production processes Understanding of MRP / materials planning ERP system experience **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical and analytical reasoning Planning capability Quick decision-making ability Systemic vision (production \+ inventory \+ demand) Communication with operational departments **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment Unimed Odonto dental insurance plan Ifood meal / food allowance On-site cafeteria Fuel allowance Life insurance Wellhub Day Off Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Work Location:** ---------------------- GRUPO PQ \- PG QUIMICA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Administrative schedule **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Responsibilities: \- Develop and review short-, medium-, and long-term production plans \- Perform materials requirement planning (MRP) \- Continuously monitor inventory levels of raw materials, inputs, and packaging \- Track real-time production progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to ensure plan adherence \- Conduct material consumption, waste, and production efficiency analyses \- Control and analyze production costs, production variances, and raw material consumption variations \- Generate management reports with production, inventory, material coverage, efficiency, and service level indicators \- Support the implementation and maintenance of S\&OP processes by providing data and analysis for decision-making \- Ensure reliability of information recorded in the system (inventory, consumption, production orders, and finished goods receipts) \- Promote effective integration and communication among departments involved in planning (PCP, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Sales) \- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality, safety, and environmental standards
