Serve internal and external customers **Position: PCP Analyst (Production Planning and Control)** **Location:** Ribeirão Preto \- SP **Website:** www.rrembalagens.ind.br **Compensation:** R$ 2\.500,00 **\+ Hazard Pay** R$ 302,00 **Total \=** R$ 2\.802,00 **About the Position** The PCP Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production flow, ensuring that deadlines, inventory levels, and resources align with demand and the company's production capacity. The professional will play a strategic role in cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and serving internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS); * Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and coordinate inventory movements; * Plan production capacity (machines, labor, and raw materials), identifying bottlenecks; * Issue and control production orders (POs) and purchase orders; * Monitor performance indicators (service level, lead time, inventory turnover, OEE); * Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales departments to ensure schedule adherence; * Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories; * Utilize ERP systems for information control and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed a Technology degree in Logistics, Production Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in PCP, production, or logistics roles (preferably in packaging, plastic, or manufacturing industries). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel); * Experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling. * **Competencies:** Organization, analytical thinking, proactivity, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
