Mare Fertilizantes is a company specialized in the production and commercialization of fertilizers for agriculture. Its focus is to provide solutions that increase farm productivity and sustainability. **Responsibilities:** Plan the production schedule, ensuring sufficient lead time for raw material receipt and estimating the optimal timeline without compromising manufacturing quality. Monitor the production process, verifying adherence to deadlines and satisfactory quality levels. Control raw material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages. Support purchase order generation, maintaining system updates to avoid supplier billing issues. Issue manufacturing orders via product-specific forms. Ensure finished goods inventory remains at appropriate levels to prevent delays for end customers. Prepare reports and charts for coordination purposes to identify improvement opportunities and track progress toward predefined goals. Execute raw material and resale product procurement planning. Develop industrial production planning. Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory. Review open purchase and sales order balances. Generate alerts (workflow) for Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics departments. Control outstanding delivery receipts. Generate billing information reports for the Controller, Commercial, and Operations departments. Control fertilizer inventory. Alert the Operations Director regarding current stock levels of products. Register items and formulas for production. Structure and develop a control tower to generate alerts for actions and activities across each department (project). Previous experience as Production Planning Coordinator, Production Specialist, Logistics Analyst, or Production Planner may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
