It provides high-quality solutions for residential and commercial interior finishes. **Responsibilities:** Focus on custom carpentry and construction projects. Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring technical and financial quotations. Play a strategic role in supporting the commercial and production departments, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness of project costs. Interior finishes for civil construction projects, doors, decks, and panels. Prepare detailed quotations for carpentry and finishing projects. Analyze project documents, blueprints, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications. Quantify materials, supplies, and labor requirements. Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers. Evaluate direct and indirect costs, timelines, and margins. Support the commercial team in developing technical and financial proposals. Revise quotations according to project adjustments or negotiations. Maintain control and organization of approved and ongoing quotations. Perform tasks typical of a Quotation Specialist. Position requires on-site work in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as a Cost Analyst, Quotation Specialist, Financial Planner, or Project Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
