Enter invoices into the system. Monitor inventory levels and procure materials for stores. Negotiate with suppliers and oversee returns of defective products. Prepare internal control spreadsheets and reports (Excel). Maintain daily contact with stores and support administrative routines. Tasks related to Finance Assistant duties. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Financial Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Collections Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
