We deliver excellence both through our Distribution Channel—serving over 2,000 active resellers nationwide—and through specialized support to Corporate Construction Projects, ensuring logistical efficiency, operational quality, and expert technical assistance. * **LOGISTICS ANALYST – ROUTE PLANNING FOCUS** We seek an analytical, organized, and strategic professional with systemic vision and strong decision-making ability—someone passionate about logistics, possessing solid technical expertise and proficiency in route planning routines, to ensure our deliveries occur with precision and efficiency. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in logistics, specifically in route planning; * Knowledge of warehousing; * Familiarity with construction materials will be considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and optimize delivery routes; * Analyze maps, regions, and specific characteristics of service areas; * Monitor daily delivery status and deadlines; * Track KPIs and route performance; * Conduct logistics cost analyses; * Collaborate directly with Commercial, Sales, Tax, and Operations teams; * Manage and control logistics documentation; * Utilize route planning systems, TMS, ERP, and geolocation tools; * Support carrier selection and performance monitoring; * Investigate logistics incidents (delays, returns, discrepancies); * Participate in alignment and continuous improvement meetings; * Manage third-party fleet operations; * Verify delivery manifests and CT-es (Transportation Service Receipts); * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Samaritano Health Insurance * Uniodonto Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site meal benefit * TotalPass * Transportation allowance and/or parking * SESC partnership for health and leisure activities * SENAC partnership offering 20% discount on all courses **Want to join our team?** Send us your resume and grow with us!
