Job Summary: A professional responsible for transportation planning, control, and operational management, with a focus on route optimization, delivery monitoring, and data analysis for continuous improvement. Data analysis and preparation of operational reports ***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **Planning and Operational Control:** Schedule and monitor pickups and deliveries Develop more efficient transportation routing Monitor urgent deliveries in real time Control deadlines and service levels (SLA) Distribute loads among drivers and vehicles Monitor delivery confirmations via mobile application. **Transportation Management:** Monitor ongoing trips (tracking) Resolve incidents such as delays, lost shipments, and damages Maintain contact with drivers and customers Train drivers and assistants on processes Ensure compliance with transportation regulations. **Data Analysis and KPIs:** Track KPIs (cost, delivery time, and productivity) Prepare operational reports Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements. **Document Management:** Verify and issue transportation documents (CTE, MDF-e, invoices) Ensure regulatory compliance Organize pickup and delivery records. **Customer Service and Support:** Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status and provide feedback Support internal departments (sales, finance, logistics) Handle customer complaints and incidents. **Process Improvement:** Suggest operational optimizations Implement new procedures and systems Work toward reducing errors and rework. **Support leadership in operational management.** ***REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; Advanced Excel; Power BI (from basic level); Analytical thinking; Clear communication; Teamwork; Attention to detail.
