Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Mid-Level Marketing Analyst to execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and sales support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the sales team and organization of events in Latin America We seek a Mid-Level Marketing Analyst with a results-driven profile, strong execution capability, and willingness to engage in both in-person and digital initiatives. At ESSS, marketing operates in close integration with the sales team, focusing on opportunity generation, sales support, and relationship building with clients across multiple Latin American countries. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and sales team support; * Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (e\-mail, paid media, inbound, and SEO); * Operate marketing automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot, or similar), including contact management, segmentation, and workflows; * Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements with a performance focus; * Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and track opportunities; * Support the execution of in-person and online events across Latin America (planning, vendors, logistics, execution, and post\-event); * Engage with partners to execute joint campaigns and initiatives; * Identify strategic partnership opportunities with stakeholders and institutions. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; * Prior experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years); * Experience with inbound marketing and automation; * Experience with paid media (Google Ads and Social Ads); * Knowledge of SEO; * Proficiency in tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar; * Experience with data analysis (Google Analytics or similar); * Fluency in English and Spanish (used frequently in daily work); * Willingness to travel and participate in in-person events across Latin America.
