Support in implementing new tax regulations Nutriport Comercial LTDA \| São Paulo \- SP \| On-site Job Description * Analyze and calculate taxes and duties, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Prepare and submit tax declarations and periodic reports to the competent authorities. * Maintain updated accounting records related to the company's fiscal operations. * Perform account reconciliations related to taxes and duties. * Assist in resolving pending issues and tax audits. * Collaborate in identifying opportunities for fiscal process optimization and cost reduction. * Support the team in implementing new tax regulations and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties * Calculate direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Prepare and submit tax declarations and ancillary statements within established deadlines. * Analyze accounting data and information to ensure correct taxation of company operations. * Assist in preparing fiscal performance reports and tax payable assessments. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and documents. * Stay updated on tax and fiscal legislation, proposing process improvements. * Collaborate with internal departments to clarify questions related to fiscal matters.
