Job Summary:
Strategically and operationally manage service procurement to ensure quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies.

**Job Mission:**
Strategically and operationally manage service procurement, ensuring: service execution quality, delivery deadlines, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with the company's internal policies.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Lead quotation processes (RFQ/RFP) for services and materials procurement, ensuring competitiveness and technical alignment;
* Perform technical and commercial proposal evaluation, analyzing price, scope, timelines, and contractual terms;
* Conduct negotiations with service providers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, cost reductions, and risk mitigation;
* Issue purchase orders and support the formalization of service agreements in accordance with internal policies;
* Monitor the full lifecycle of purchase orders and contracts—from procurement through service delivery and validation;
* Manage service contracts (outsourcing), tracking execution, deadlines, quality, and SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance;
* Control service measurements and validate information for PCP;
* Conduct comparative analyses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and contract optimization;
* Support demand areas in structuring procurement scopes (SOW);
* Develop, qualify, and monitor suppliers, ensuring documentary, technical, and financial compliance;
* Proactively mitigate contractual and operational risks related to outsourcing;
* Maintain continuous relationships with suppliers and internal departments to ensure alignment and process efficiency;
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
**Additional Courses:**
* Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel);
* ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Protheus, or similar);
* Basic knowledge of negotiation and technical procurement (preferred).
**Experience:**
* 6 months to 2 years of administrative experience in procurement or supply chain;
* Experience with quotations, purchase order control, and supplier support.
**Technical Competencies:**
* Basic understanding of procurement processes;
* Purchase order issuance and delivery tracking;
* ERP and Excel usage;
* Organization of departmental data and documents.
