**Junior Customer Success Analyst**
Work model: 100% on-site in Campinas/SP.
Company: CPFL Total Serv Adm Ltda.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in marketing, advertising, or communications;
* Ability to prepare simple follow-up reports;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
* Basic knowledge of customer performance indicators;
* Availability for 100% on-site work in Campinas.
**Brief Description:**
Support customer portfolio management by monitoring the customer journey and ensuring proper use of CPFL's products and services.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Support customer portfolio management by monitoring the customer journey and ensuring proper use of CPFL's products and services;
* Conduct onboarding activities and initial training sessions with customers, ensuring understanding of features and benefits of contracted solutions;
* Monitor basic customer satisfaction and engagement indicators, flagging potential churn (cancellation) risks or dissatisfaction to the senior team.
* Assist in collecting and consolidating customer feedback, contributing insights for continuous improvements in products, services, and processes;
* Support preparation of simple reports tracking portfolio performance, providing inputs for internal and external meetings;
* Conduct regular outreach to customers to clarify doubts, guide service usage, and reinforce key benefits of offered solutions;
* Collaborate with internal departments (Commercial, Products, and Information Technology \- IT) to route customer requests, ensuring efficient service delivery;
* Track resolution of operational issues reported by customers, performing follow\-up until final resolution.
