Job Summary: This position challenges the candidate to ensure support for tools/initiatives by generating information, analyses, and development to support the sales team, significantly contributing to business results. Maintenance and improvements to Power BI databases **POSITION SUMMARY** Location: Headquarters On-site **Purpose of the Position** This position challenges the candidate to ensure support for tools/initiatives by generating information, analyses, and development to support the sales team, significantly contributing to business results. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Understand the stages of the bidding process and applicable legislation, and master their application; Maintain and support bidding reports (balances, documents, validations, reporting data sources); Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the Solution tool (Sales and Bidding System) for internal and external requests; Ensure compliance in trade fund payments and manage the workflow through to customer payment. Maintain and improve the databases supporting the Area’s Power BI (BI\-Pool) Support the Reseller Framework by conducting site visits to verify best practices in storage, transportation, infrastructure, and other areas, while monitoring and maintaining indicators jointly with relevant departments; **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in sales/commercial administrative functions; Knowledge/experience with SAP/BW systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate-to-advanced Excel and solid knowledge of Power BI; Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
