Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support analyses that guide commercial team decisions. * Work with P\&L, understanding the performance of initiatives, campaigns, and commercial policies. * Build and monitor expense forecasts, supporting budget planning and cost control for the area. * Support equipment forecast development, contributing to projections and monitoring by the S\&OP team. * Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results. * Develop analyses and reports to support area management. * Collaborate across departments such as Commercial, Finance, CRM, and Products. * Support the creation of presentations highlighting results and key insights. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in Commercial Strategy, Planning, Business Intelligence (BI), FP\&A, or similar areas. * Knowledge of financial and P\&L analysis. * Experience with or exposure to forecasting / planning. * Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Experience with FP\&A. * Support experience for executive presentations. * Prior experience conducting commercial performance analyses.
