**Inside Sales Coordinator** ---------------------------------- ROIT is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator with a commercial profile, hands-on leadership, and strategic vision to drive our Tax team forward. We are looking for someone with tax expertise, confidence in leading client meetings, and a proactive attitude to support the team, accelerate results, and ensure excellence throughout the commercial journey. What we expect: * Knowledge of tax matters; * Commercial mindset and confidence in conducting client meetings; * Hands-on and closely involved leadership; * Proactivity in managing follow-ups, trainings, and guidance; * Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. Here’s what you’ll do: * Directly lead and develop the Inside Sales team; * Participate in negotiations and strategic client meetings; * Support trainings, alignments, and team development; * Contribute to the growth of ROIT’s Tax commercial operations.
