We are seeking an Export Analyst to manage all foreign trade processes, ensuring operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and compliance with legal, customs, and sanitary requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the entire export process from order placement to customer delivery. * Issue, review, and organize documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, and sanitary documents). * Monitor customs clearance in coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. * Control the lifecycle of international orders. * Ensure regulatory, sanitary, and market-specific compliance requirements. * Maintain contact with international customers to align delivery terms. * Analyze departmental performance indicators and propose improvements. * Support prospecting and analysis of new markets. * Participate in international trade fairs and events to expand commercial reach. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, CRM, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in foreign trade; experience in the food industry is a plus. ERP system knowledge (SAP, TOTVS or similar) is desirable. Advanced English (reading and writing); Spanish is considered a plus. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract. Salary: R$4.500,00 – R$6.500,00 per month.
