Founded by a traditional family of dairy producers and cheesemakers, its success story has been built over the years through strong customer relationships, investments in new production facilities, and innovation. **Responsibilities** * Execute activities related to the company’s commercial operations, involving planning, calculations, analyses, and controls that support strategic decision-making. * Conduct analyses of current and new customer contracts, tracking contractual costs, profitability impacts, and supporting the development of pricing tables. * Support management and the sales team in analyzing negotiations, quotations, and the commercial feasibility of proposals. * Manage and maintain pricing tables, including system parameterization and updates to customers. * Develop analyses of prices, margins, costs, and commercial feasibility, considering sell-in, sell-out operations, and private-label projects. * Control and monitor promotional activities and customer investments, evaluating their impact on sales and margins. * Perform order analyses and approvals, including commercial orders, samples, and bonuses within agreed parameters. * Monitor inventory levels and product availability, aligning demand with production scheduling and suggesting adjustments when necessary. * Participate in S\&OP and Sales meetings, contributing demand analyses and recommendations to balance inventory and order fulfillment. * Monitor strategic or high-demand products, ensuring turnover control, FIFO compliance, and support for commercial goals. * Support the commercial team in administrative controls, such as verifying travel expenses, accommodation, and mileage. **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial administration, logistics, or sales areas. * Knowledge of commercial analysis, pricing strategies, margins, contracts, and customer investments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel. * Experience with Protheus, Mercanet, and Qlik Sense BI systems is considered an advantage. **What we offer** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance or Food Allowance – BRL 35.00/day Health Insurance (extended to dependents) Dental Insurance (extended to dependents) B.E.M Program – Well-being, Balance, and Movement (TotalPass, health and wellness campaigns) S.O.M.O.S Program – Diversity & Inclusion V.I.V.A – Birthday Day-off Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate studies Conexa health and well-being platform.
