Focus on sustainable growth and digital channel efficiency **Job Description:** Ensure the commercial, analytical, and operational stability of the group's e-commerce platforms, by optimizing sales, conversion, assortment, pricing, and commercial rules—with emphasis on results, sustainable growth, and digital channel efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Monitor e-commerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion, user behavior, and competitiveness), generating analyses and insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making. * Ensure proper execution of campaigns and commercial initiatives across e-commerce platforms, including configuration of promotions, commercial rules, and sales conditions per management guidelines. * Monitor and validate integrations among e-commerce platforms, integration tools, and ERP systems, identifying and tracking operational failures. * Identify journey, usability, or process issues within digital channels and propose improvements focused on conversion, operational efficiency, and customer experience. * Conduct tests and validations after layout, functionality, integration, or commercial rule changes, ensuring channel stability. * Manage digital assortment, evaluating product mix, availability, product exposure, and impact on sales and margin. * Support strategic B2C and B2B channel initiatives, contributing through analysis, testing, and execution as defined by leadership. **Education and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with e-commerce platforms (VTEX preferred). * Knowledge of B2B platforms and analytics tools is desirable. **Tools and Techniques Used:** * Data analysis (Google Analytics, BI tools, or others) * E-commerce platforms * Integrations and workflows * Intermediate Excel **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce. **Technical Competencies:** * Data analysis (Google Analytics, BI tools, or others) * E-commerce platforms * Integrations and workflows * Intermediate Excel **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset * Owner mentality * Organization * Communication **KPIs:** * Conversion rate * Digital revenue * Integration stability * Performance improvement
