Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for geomarketing studies, supporting franchisees in selecting commercial locations, and overseeing the implementation of new stores, ensuring standardization and efficiency. We believe in promoting our values through our brands, people, and products—fostering inclusion, the "do-it-yourself" culture, and the "eco-friendly" culture via the green and shared economy, generating wealth while caring for nature—not only through our services but also through the engagement of our employees, franchisees, and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** · Conducting geomarketing studies to identify ideal areas for new stores and guide franchisees in searching for commercial locations. · Providing direct support to new franchisees in selecting and analyzing commercial locations. · Recording and closely monitoring all interactions and processes within departmental management. · Developing innovative onboarding materials and approaches based on franchisee feedback and needs. · Overseeing the entire new store implementation process, ensuring adherence to network standards and minimizing errors. · Receiving and guiding new franchisees until store opening, ensuring engagement and timely milestone completion. · Mediating between franchisees and franchisor departments to accelerate store implementation. · Ensuring standardization and efficiency at every stage of the new store opening process. · Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with investors and real estate partners to enable new expansion projects. · Identifying and mapping real estate opportunities in strategic regions according to the company’s expansion plan, ensuring alignment with network requirements. · Negotiating new commercial locations with landlords and shopping centers, securing advantageous terms aligned with network goals. · Developing projects considering location, accessibility, economic/financial viability, and compliance with licenses and documentation. · Creating and presenting materials detailing opportunities and proposals for new commercial locations to the immediate supervisor. · Contributing to maintaining a healthy work environment and proposing continuous improvements. · Contributing ideas and proposals for innovative process improvements. · Performing other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **On-site Work in Intermares (Cabedelo\-PB)** **What We’re Looking For:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields · Effective communication skills · Organization and planning abilities · Relationship management skills · Critical analysis capability · Problem-solving ability · Customer orientation · Knowledge of geomarketing · Training capability · Flexibility and adaptability · Teamwork **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience in onboarding · Knowledge of expansion processes · Negotiation skills · Multitasking ability · Empathy and emotional intelligence · Data analysis capability **Benefits:** · Meal allowance · Transportation allowance or mobility assistance · Laundry credit (60 Minutes) · Life insurance · Medical assistance – telemedicine · Weelhub (formerly Gympass) · Well-being allowance: Psychologist and Nutritionist Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.080,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Selection Question(s): Are you available to work on-site in Intermares (Cabedelo\-PB)?
