Support in the evolution of the company’s visual identity The Design Analyst is responsible for developing graphic assets and institutional and promotional visual content, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and supporting commercial strategies. This role involves creation for social media, campaigns, presentations, printed and digital materials—strengthening the company’s image and enhancing communication with customers and stakeholders. * Visual asset creation: Develop institutional, promotional, and informational graphic materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity; * Social media design: Create artwork for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, adhering to visual guidelines and campaign objectives; * Internal and printed materials: Produce brochures, presentations, signage, banners, and promotional items to support company events and internal needs; * Revisions and standardization: Update artwork based on feedback, adapt assets for multiple formats, and ensure visual consistency across channels; * Template creation: Develop and maintain visual standards in templates for presentations, emails, stories, and posts, facilitating team efficiency; * Marketing team support: Collaborate with content and traffic teams to execute integrated campaigns and institutional initiatives; * Photography and editing: Support basic photographic documentation and image editing when necessary, in alignment with the brand’s style; * File management: Organize and maintain an up-to-date library of visual assets, logos, icons, fonts, and reusable materials; * Visual identity updates: Support the evolution of the visual identity by proposing aesthetic and functional improvements to assets and communications; * Vendor coordination: Interface with printing companies, promotional item producers, and material suppliers to ensure the visual quality of deliverables.
