Team development and automation for continuous improvement and innovation A software company is seeking an IT Coordinator in Limeira. **Responsibilities:** Technical management of systems (ERP), networks, and servers (Cloud / On\-premise), with emphasis on high availability, agile support via SLAs, and rigorous maintenance routines (backup / patching). Implementation of access controls and policies based on industry frameworks (ITIL / COBIT), ensuring compliance, documentation, and risk mitigation. Management of contracts and partners, using indicators (KPIs) to align technology with business objectives and support decision-making. Team development, process automation, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and organizational innovation. Previous experience as IT Technology Manager, IT Project Leader, IT Supervisor, or Senior IT Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
