Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement An Information Technology service provider is seeking a Purchaser in Ribeirão Preto. Klab Digital is a company specialized in digital solutions and online marketing. It offers services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Receive purchase requests and manage the entire supply cycle, from prospecting to final delivery. Perform quotations, evaluate proposals, and issue purchase orders. Conduct commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and service levels. Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays or deviations. Supplier Management: Manage the active supplier portfolio, monitoring performance, quality, delivery timelines, and risks. Support supplier and material qualification and evaluation processes in collaboration with the Quality department. Update supplier, material, and commercial condition records in the ERP system. Analysis, KPIs, and Planning: Analyze consumption data, historical pricing, lead times, and stock coverage. Develop, monitor, and analyze supply KPIs. Support PCM activities and procurement planning. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement. Integration and Continuous Improvement: Resolve discrepancies among purchase orders, invoices, and receipts jointly with Logistics and Accounting departments. Participate in initiatives for standardization, volume consolidation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes. Maintain consistent communication with internal departments and suppliers. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
