A construction materials distributor in Bauru is seeking a Billing Clerk. **Responsibilities:** Issue sales, transfer, and return invoices. Verify orders, amounts, taxes, and customer data. Enter information into the system (ERP). Manage tax documents, such as electronic invoices (NF-e), bank slips (boletos), and delivery notes (romaneios). Support accounts receivable management. Verify tax calculations and applicable taxation. Organize tax and administrative files. Provide support to the commercial, financial, and logistics departments. Previous experience as a Billing Analyst, Billing Assistant, Billing Coordinator, or Billing Specialist may indicate familiarity with some of the duties associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
