Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * End-to-end leadership of strategic and tactical projects—from planning through to results delivery. * Development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies. * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, internal departments, and external partners. * Active stakeholder management—ensuring alignment, decision-making, and effective communication. * Translation of business needs into structured initiatives, connecting strategy, processes, technology, and people. * Assurance of project governance—including proper documentation, performance indicators, status reports, and regular review rituals. * Identification of continuous improvement opportunities across the organization’s project management models, methods, and practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Solid experience in project management, preferably within complex corporate environments. * Proven experience leading multifunctional projects involving business areas, technology, and operations. * Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with ability to adapt to context. * Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills—even with leadership teams. * Analytical capability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ambiguity, and competing priorities. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had**: * Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master. * Experience in organizational, digital, or operational transformation programs. * Experience working within governance models, project portfolios, or PMOs. * Familiarity with project management tools, KPIs, and executive reporting.
