Fundamental role in governance and operational growth **About the Position** We are looking for a **Process Analyst** to join the IPM Pós team. This position is strategic in ensuring the organization, standardization, and efficiency of internal processes, operating cross-functionally across departments. The professional will play a key role in identifying bottlenecks, structuring workflows, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting governance—monitoring operational growth and increasing complexity. **Location:** **IPM Pós – Goiânia Unit** * Av. Arumã, No. 129 – Parque Amazônia, Goiânia – GO, 74840-060 **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Map, analyze, and standardize processes across all organizational departments (administrative, finance, sales, marketing, operations, academic/clinical, supply, HR, etc.); * Identify bottlenecks, rework, operational risks, and improvement opportunities; * Design flowcharts, process journeys, and responsibility matrices (RACI); * Develop, maintain, and control SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); * Support implementation and review of processes with involved departments; * Train teams on defined workflows, standards, and best practices; * Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring process integration and alignment; * Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs); * Propose continuous improvements based on data, indicators, and departmental feedback; * Support implementation and enhancement of management systems and tools (CRM, ERP, * internal platforms, automation); * Ensure process alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards; * Support internal and external audits and contribute to corporate governance; **Skills:** * Systemic vision, analytical and critical thinking; * Organizational skills and attention to detail, with capacity for macro- and micro-level process analysis; * Clear, concise, and didactic communication; * Structured profile focused on standardization and continuous improvement; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ease of working across multiple departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Quality Management, or related fields;** * Prior experience as a Process Analyst in industrial settings or medium-sized companies; **Desirable Experience:** * Familiarity with academic management tools; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for academic data management; * Knowledge of **MEC regulations for postgraduate programs**; * Prior experience in academia or educational administration will be considered an advantage. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * Dynamic individual comfortable with change and growing environments; * Collaborative and didactic professional; * Profile comfortable navigating across different departments and organizational levels; * Easy access to the Parque Amazônia district; * **Immediate start.** **Compensation:** * Salary expectation ***(to be indicated at time of application).*** **Working Hours:** * **On-site;** * 40 hours/week * **Monday through Friday.** * Working hours: 8:00 AM – Break: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM – End time: 6:00 PM. **Employment Type:** CLT. **What We Offer:** * Benefits: meal allowance (R$20.00/day) + transportation allowance (R$8.60/day); * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Dynamic work environment. ***Join our team!*** Job Type: Full-time CLT Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation for this position?
