Interested in a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and ensure end-to-end execution of logistics processes, including warehousing, shipping, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, spare parts management, and kit assembly. * Conduct critical analyses of operational performance and propose continuous improvement actions focused on efficiency and cost reduction. * Support contractual and operational management of Logistics Operators (OPLs), contributing to standardization and structuring of workflows. * Monitor SLAs, conduct operational audits, and support deviation resolution—including defining and tracking action plans. * Monitor and update performance indicators (KPIs), such as: operational productivity, inventory accuracy, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory aging, and operational discrepancies. * Perform in-depth analyses using methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams. * Support execution and sustainability of governance rituals aligned with S&OP and S&OE cycles. * Map AS-IS processes and propose TO-BE improvements aligned with departmental strategy. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) aimed at optimizing processes, automating tasks, and increasing productivity. * Contribute to projects targeting operational efficiency and waste reduction. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and/or operational management. * Experience managing relationships with logistics operators and monitoring performance via KPIs. * Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in operational analysis and control, plus knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). * Familiarity with logistics processes related to equipment sorting, kit assembly, spare parts management, and asset control. * Analytical mindset, systemic vision, and ability to interpret data for decision-making. **Additional information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Knowledge of S&OP / S&OE, Production Planning and Control (PCP), or related areas. * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt). * Experience with continuous improvement and Kaizen projects. * Experience managing multiple OPLs simultaneously. * Proactive attitude and owner’s mindset. * Clear and objective communication. * Operational discipline. * Collaboration and influence. * Resilience and adaptability. * Attention to detail and critical thinking.
