




Job Summary: Professional to manage processes, documents, third parties, and administrative tasks, with responsibilities in secretarial work and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Point of contact between the board and members **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Process Management:** Act as the point of contact between the board and members, partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Prepare monthly performance and membership activity reports. * **Document Management:** Control and archive important documents, correspondence, and contracts, maintaining organization and confidentiality of information. * **Third-Party Management:** Monitor maintenance, cleaning, and security contracts, ensuring contracted services are delivered. * **Administrative Tasks:** Perform administrative activities, such as operating control spreadsheets, requesting material quotations, expense reporting, and managing small inventories. * **Secretarial Work:** Draft meeting minutes, organize schedules, and handle communications with suppliers and members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, Commercial Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields (in progress or completed) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Ability to produce official correspondence (memoranda, letters, minutes, e\-mails, etc.) * Experience in procurement and negotiation **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of accounting * Prior experience in administrative and/or secretarial roles **It is highly important that you:** * Are organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines and documents simultaneously; * Are proactive, anticipating situations based on needs; * Maintain discretion, ethics, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information; * Possess emotional intelligence—able to empathize while remaining firm in communication; * Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and speech. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Location** Igreja Evangelica Holiness Rua São Geraldo, 243, Vila Carvalho, Campo Grande/MS Compensation: R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or previously interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Administrative processes (Preferred) * Secretarial work (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
