Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, assembling, disassembling, cleaning, and maintaining tools and gauges to ensure the efficiency of assembly processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assembles and disassembles tools and gauges 2. Focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of materials 3. Ensures workplace organization and cleanliness Separates molds, gauges, process sheets, and templates, making them available in advance to prevent unexpected issues during assembly. Performs assembly and disassembly of tools and gauges, carefully inspecting for possible damage; damaged tools and gauges are forwarded to engineering. Cleans the hopper and machine during assembly and disassembly of materials, using the correct raw material to avoid delays and rework. Cleans tools and gauges using appropriate products and tools, ensuring that process sheets and templates are also stored in their designated locations. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of toolroom materials, organizes materials, and maintains a suitable work area to facilitate tasks and ensure material availability. Separates molds requested by engineering, cleans them, and forwards them to the relevant department for evaluation.
