Order tracking and alignment with internal departments **Mission** Ensure efficient supply for restaurants and bars through procurement management and negotiation, guaranteeing operational responsiveness, process organization, and strategic interface with internal departments and suppliers, contributing to COGS control and optimal service level. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) items, such as utensils, tools, and various materials to support operations. * Respond promptly and with urgency to restaurant and bar demands, ensuring necessary supply. * Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure better commercial terms. * Identify and develop suppliers for diverse operational needs. * Track orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring alignment with internal departments. Requirements: **Requirements** * Strong analytical ability and negotiation skills. * Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. * Balanced profile with conflict management skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal departments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
