Your main responsibilities include supporting students, teachers, and students with special educational needs; accompanying children; assisting with classroom organization and maintenance; responding to requests from teachers and educators—such as helping grade assignments and tests; accompanying students to the restroom, meals, and other areas within the institution—including recess and all school facilities; organizing the classroom and shared spaces, contributing to the overall organization of the institution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and dismiss students, assisting with boarding and disembarking; * Organize students’ bags daily and place dirty clothes in one bag, while placing cups and hygiene kits in another; * Change diapers when necessary and record notes in the control spreadsheet; * Assist in organizing the classroom, bags, materials, and environments; * Support teachers during activities, monitoring student development across all settings; * Take photos for ADI's and ADP's; collect pedagogical or stationery materials for classroom use; * Monitor the meal schedule, serve snacks and meals to students, encourage healthy eating habits, and assist students in eating properly. Accompany students to and from the classroom; * Organize the dining hall and dispose of food waste in the trash; arrange plates and utensils for return to the kitchen; * Accurately complete meal logs, diaper change records, bottle-feeding logs, bathing schedules, and sleep logs; * Escort students to the infirmary for medication administration, hygiene procedures, and other required interventions in case of incidents; * Provide hygiene support to students: restroom visits, clothing changes, oral hygiene after meals, handwashing; * Prepare cots for nap time; help students fall asleep and later wake them up; * Collect, fold, and store nap kits in cabinets or backpacks; * Assist students with special needs; * Attend procedural alignment meetings, conduct meetings, or pedagogical training sessions; * Participate in events when requested; * Accompany swimming classes and assist students during showering, changing, and hair drying; * Maintain care and organization of swimming class belongings for all students in the class; * Respond to surveys. **Requirements and Qualifications** **This position requires a completed bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or enrollment from the 6th semester onward.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Prior experience in this role; * Full proficiency in Portuguese; * Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace; * Team-oriented mindset; * Empathy when interacting with students and parents on a daily basis; * Patience; * Proactivity; * Capacity for continuous growth. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * First aid training; * Professional development courses in the field; * Flexibility and adaptability to routine changes; * Basic knowledge of educational psychology. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a Ranieri Employee** ----------------------------- * Meal allowance: R$205.00 per month; * Transportation allowance; * UNIMED health insurance plan with co-payment after 90 days; * Study and professional development incentive subsidy after 12 months of employment stability; * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Mental and physical health promotion programs; * Dental insurance; * Career development plan; * Total Pass (gym partnership). #### **Why You Should Join Our Team** Education only makes sense when it addresses both cognitive and emotional intelligence, attitudes, and personal values.
