Job Summary: Professional required to operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various air conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of various air conditioning and refrigeration equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems 3. Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) using direct and indirect expansion systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems. Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems.
