Hello! My name is Rafaela, and I'm from Veloz RH. How are you? We have an opportunity for a PROCESS ASSISTANT I position at a company located in Fazenda Rio Grande \- PR. Salary: R$ 1\.914,00 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. Benefits: ° Meal allowance of R$ 500.00 ° Transportation allowance or fuel assistance ° Attendance bonus of R$ 150.00 ° On-site meals Requirements: ° Completed high school education ° Minimum 3 months of experience in the role (preferred but not mandatory) ° Basic mechanical knowledge ° Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ° Personal transportation preferred due to potential overtime work Main responsibilities: ° Assist in gathering information for process mapping and flowchart development ° Support the organization, updating, and control of documents and procedures ° Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement ° Provide support for continuous improvement activities ° Monitor operational activities related to company processes ° Assist in controlling spreadsheets, files, and departmental indicators ° Support the analysis and monitoring of new products and processes ° Perform administrative and operational tasks as directed by leadership Interested?
