Job Summary: An Information Security professional is sought in Brasília (Asa Sul) to provide technical support for NGFW and NAC, perform installations, troubleshoot issues, and plan and execute POCs and POVs. Key Highlights: 1. High-level technical support for NGFW and NAC 2. Participation in technology update training sessions 3. Information Security experience preferred A telecommunications company is seeking an Information Security Analyst in Brasília (Asa Sul). **Responsibilities:** Provide high-level technical support for NGFW and NAC. Perform NGFW and NAC installation/activation. Provide technical support to internal teams (L1 and L2\) and customers for NGFW- and NAC-related activities. Proactively seek technical information and solutions to resolve identified requirements. Open tickets with vendors and collaborate on resolving problems/incidents. Plan and execute POCs and POVs as directed by management. Participate in technology update training sessions.
