Coordination of budgeting and forecasting #### **About the role:** * We seek a Manager of Control and Management to lead integrated performance management at Alvo Serviços Financeiros, acting as a strategic partner to leadership in results analysis, financial governance, and decision support. This position will play a fundamental role in designing KPIs, monitoring financial and operational performance, preparing managerial analyses, and coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes—ensuring disciplined execution of the company’s strategy. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Manage company performance indicators, monitoring financial, commercial, operational, risk, and product-related results; * Prepare managerial analyses focused on variances, root causes, impacts, and improvement opportunities; * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly results tracking processes; * Monitor revenues, expenses, margin, EBITDA, net profit, provisions, and other income statement components; * Design dashboards, executive reports, and presentations for senior management, the board, and corporate departments; * Support managers in defining action plans aimed at improving results, efficiency, and productivity; * Ensure governance, standardization, and reliability of managerial information; * Interface with finance, controller, accounting, tax, legal, HR, technology, and other group departments; * Coordinate strategic initiatives related to performance, controls, operational efficiency, and KPI management; * Lead, develop, and supervise the Management Control team. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; * Experience in controller functions, financial planning, FP\&A, KPI management, performance management, or related areas; * Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, results analysis, and expense tracking; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Experience with ERP and management systems; * Ability to structure managerial analyses, dashboards, and executive presentations; * Experience leading teams; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills with technical, operational, and executive teams. #### **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Finance, Controller Functions, Data Analytics, or related fields; * Experience in financial services, retail, payment solutions, credit, collections, or high-volume data operations; * Knowledge of financial modeling, profitability analysis, margin-by-product/channel, and portfolio management; * Experience in companies undergoing growth, governance structuring, or transformation; * Familiarity with management methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, OKRs, BSC, or process-based management; * Experience interfacing with internal audit, corporate controller, CSC, or matrixed departments. * Behavioral competencies * Strategic vision and business acumen; * Analytical capability and structured reasoning; * Clear and concise executive communication; * Organizational and follow-up discipline; * Owner mindset and results orientation; * Ability to challenge, provoke, and influence decisions; * Prioritization management in dynamic environments; * Collaborative leadership and team development; * Ability to translate numbers into practical recommendations; * Data-driven decision-making; * Consultative posture toward business units. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per working day via Pluxe Card (20% deduction from the credited amount per month). * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Multibenefit Card: BRL 500.00 on the Pluxe Card (deposit can be used as credit—ELO-branded—or withdrawn at any Banco24h ATM). * Discount on medication purchases (Drogasil). * SESC membership agreement. * Health Plan (Notre Dame): Employee access granted after probation period; monthly premium fully covered by the company, with copayment based on usage, borne by the employee. * Trio of Services: Telemedicine \+ Funeral Assistance \+ Life Insurance (deduction based on salary bracket).
