Assisting in the organization and conservation of green areas **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a professional to work as a Gardener in the company's operational reserve, providing support to serviced condominiums. The employee will be responsible for performing gardening services as needed, covering vacations, days off, leaves of absence, and team reinforcement, always under supervision guidance. Main responsibilities: Perform garden maintenance and conservation in residential and commercial condominiums; Carry out grass cutting, tree and shrub pruning, weeding, and flowerbed cleaning; Perform planting, fertilization, irrigation, and basic pest control when necessary; Collect leaves, branches, and waste generated from gardening activities; Maintain and care for work tools and equipment; Follow supervisors' instructions regarding service demands and locations; Support the organization and conservation of green areas in condominiums serviced by the company. **Requirements:** Previous experience in gardening services; Basic knowledge of planting, pruning, and garden maintenance; Availability to travel between condominiums serviced by the company; Commitment, organization, and responsibility. **Benefits:** Transportation, Meal Allowance
