Structure scalable commercial processes. Lead territorial expansion and entry into new markets. Develop growth and brand positioning strategies. Structure distribution channels and a network of commercial representatives. Lead internal sales teams and representatives. Establish goals, KPIs, and monitoring routines. Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and commercial metrics. Implement a high-performance culture. Ensure sales predictability and sustainable growth. Structure and optimize the commercial CRM. Develop clear and measurable sales funnels. Implement lead and opportunity tracking processes. Improve conversion rates and commercial productivity. Implement data-driven commercial routines. Lead inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Structure demand generation and lead acquisition. Integrate marketing and sales functions. Develop performance-oriented campaigns. Monitor CAC, ROI, conversion, and growth metrics. Structure and expand the commercial representative network. Develop commercial training programs and playbooks. Monitor regional productivity and performance. Create national expansion strategies. Develop commercial dashboards. Track strategic KPIs. Generate executive reports for senior management. Build commercial predictability. Bachelor's degree required.
