Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Analyze rankings and opportunities within billing portfolios; * Set targets focused on achieving the #1 position and improving the company’s financial performance; * Develop portfolio strategy and segmentation, capacity planning, electronic actions, and email campaigns; * Monitor, update, and forecast portfolio rankings and financial results; * Develop and analyze billing KPIs, such as: average portfolio size, cushion effectiveness, unique funnel, operational quartile; * Present results and analyze major portfolio deviations in internal committees and with external clients; * Attend weekly meetings with the company’s internal management to align expectations and outcomes. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (minimum of two semesters completed) in STEM or Business fields; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with SQL Server and MySQL databases; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Power BI; * Familiarity with dialers such as Olos, 2CX, or Aspect; * Knowledge of billing CRMs, such as Neo IP3 or SRC Tasken; * Experience with data enrichment tools.
