**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with Agro segment cooperatives, through portfolio management of products and services and support to business teams. Provide specialized financial consulting to meet rural producers’ needs and contribute to the cooperative’s results, focusing on customer retention, sustainable growth, and strengthening the cooperative’s presence in agribusiness. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage an Agro cooperative member portfolio, including prospecting, technical visits, consultative service, and offering financial solutions appropriate to the sector. * Achieve established targets by increasing cooperative members’ participation in the product and service portfolio. * Promote financial education within the community to strengthen relationships and reinforce the cooperative’s distinctive value. * Ensure effective promotion of products and services, highlighting competitive advantages and the cooperative’s differentiators. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA) and the cooperative’s internal policies. * Prevent delinquency and support credit recovery, proposing renegotiations when necessary. * Support decision-making with market intelligence, portfolio reports, and performance indicator analysis. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields. * ANBIMA CPA and C\-PRO R certifications. * Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. * Experience in customer service and sales of products and services. * Interpersonal communication, organization, and planning skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ANBIMA C\-PRO I certification. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Agribusiness, Finance, or related fields. * Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions focused on the Agro sector. * Experience managing portfolios of rural producers. * Knowledge of rural credit lines and sector-specific documentation. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
