Proficiency with Fortes AC Pessoal system Summary of job postings HR Analyst in the condominium sector Compensation: starting from R$2\.500,00 (negotiable) Job Description: Company: FOCUS GROUP We are hiring: HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST: 01 position. \- High school diploma / Technical or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting; \- Relevant work experience (mandatory); \- Proficiency with Fortes AC Pessoal system; \- Availability to work during standard business hours; \- Proficiency in Excel / Word (an advantage); \- Onboarding processes; \- Payroll preparation \+ DCTF WEB; \- RPA issuance; \- Recalculation of tax forms / DARFs; \- Issuance of monthly union dues; \- Requesting monthly benefits; \- Managing assistance plans; \- Customer service.
