This position is ideal for retirees with substantial technical expertise—who wish to continue working in a relevant, strategic, and valued capacity. We seek someone who goes beyond routine operations: we want a specialist capable of identifying tax opportunities, legally reducing tax burden, and actively contributing to addressing the impact of tax reform on the industrial sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop tax and fiscal strategies for legal tax reduction * Provide consultative support to executive management * Ensure tax compliance and risk mitigation * Monitor changes in legislation and tax reform * Review tax classifications, processes, and tax opportunities * Support strategic decisions with technical and financial insight **Desired Profile:** * Solid tax experience in the industrial sector * Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision * Mature, consultative, and results-oriented profile * Experience in tax planning and tax management **Preferred Qualifications:** ✔ Experience in the metallurgical industry ✔ Experience in companies under the Presumed Profit regime ✔ Retired professional with extensive career in tax affairs We seek experience, critical thinking, and tax intelligence to deliver real value to the business.
